4x4 Capability

The original Bronco was world-renowned for its 4x4 capability, and the Bronco Sport is set to retain that same level of performance. The Bronco Sport's 4x4 system comes with a class-exclusive twin-clutch rear-drive unit with a differential lock for even greater control over the harshest terrain. This system allows for dynamic redistribution of rear axle torque to either wheel.

High-Level Performance

Under the hood, the Ford Bronco Sport is equipped with a 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine that gets a performance output of 181 horsepower and 190 pound-feet of torque. However, opting for the higher level Badlands and First Edition trim levels gets you the available engine upgrade. This engine is a 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine that gets a best-in-class 245 horsepower and 275 pound-feet of torque.

Going out for a weekend in the wild is made very easy with the Ford Bronco Sport. It features a flip-glass rear window, a low-load floor cargo area, spacious roof racks to optimal storage, and front fender peaks that allows Perry drivers to view the corners of the Bronco Sport with ease.

Another great innovation is the available slide-out worktable that comes as part of the Cargo Management System. There is also a class-exclusive 400-watt inverter and liftgate floodlamps that can illuminate areas of up to 129 square feet, which makes setting up your tent after dark much easier.
